this when you arrive to pickup your loving bird. All questions should be
addressed prior to picking up one of our birds.

warrants that, at time
of purchase, the bird(s) invoiced are in good health. The BUYER is
encouraged to have bird(s) examined by a veterinarian of his/her choice
within 7 days of purchase. If during this 7 day period, the bird(s) are
found to have a pre-existing condition that affects their health or
well-being as determined by examining veterinarian, and proper proof is
made available, we agree at our discretion, to either refund to the BUYER
the purchase price or to replace said bird(s) with bird(s) of the same
species, sex(if known), and age or bird(s) of equal value. Who's A Pretty
Bird; Lisa Simmons Exotic Birds reserves the right to have a veterinarian
of our choice confirm findings. This guarantee is null and void if closed
band is absent from said bird(s) or proof of such is not made available
upon request. Guarantee excludes unweaned babies. All Sales Are
Final & Non-Refundable or Exchangeable after 7 days of date of purchase.
Note to Pet Stores:
Unweaned babies are commonly sold to pet stores because of experience in
weaning. By signing this agreement you testify that you are experienced
in hand feeding and will take on this obligation. Any mortality as a
result of hand feeding as in aspiration will negate this agreement.
Unweaned Babies Policy
The health, safety and well being of our baby birds is our greatest
concern. Who's A Pretty Bird;

Birds will only sell unweaned babies to experienced hand feeders.
References may be requested prior to the sale of unweaned babies.
Deposits & Payments
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a baby to be
handfed and weaned. All other purchases require a minimum $50.00 deposit
with the balance due prior to pick-up. At this time we accept cash, Visa,
MasterCard, and PayPal. There is a 4% handling fee for processing
purchases made through PayPal.
     
Shipping
We do not ship our birds right now due to the stress caused upon our
feathered friends. You must be able to pick up the bird at our agreed
upon location.
